The Diamond Factory at Park Jewelers is a family owned and operated full-service jewelry store. 
The owners are Al and Shawn Bitman, second and third generation jewelers. 
Al has been in the jewelry business since 1978.  Shawn started apprenticing in 1998 and finished a GIA repair course in 2002. 
Both take continuing courses twice a year at the IJO Jewelry shows.
All repairs and appraisals are done on premise.
